Turnaround, Shipping & Returns

Turnaround Time
All lights from The On-Air Light Company are built to order using high-quality, in-stock standard components. Most standard lens lights ship within 3–5 business days, provided all parts are available.
Custom lens orders may take an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on design complexity, order quantity, and availability of specific colors or vinyl graphics.

Custom Lens Guidelines

We’re happy to create custom lens designs to meet your unique needs. To ensure the best results, please review the following guidelines:

  • We cannot reproduce copyrighted logos or artwork without written permission.

  • We prefer vector files (SVG, AI, or EPS) for any customer-supplied logos or graphics.

  • Vinyl cutout details should be no smaller than 1/16" x 1/16" to ensure quality and ease of production.

  • Lettering should be at least 0.75" tall for visibility and clarity.

To order a custom lens:

  1. Select the “Custom” option when choosing your lens during checkout.

  2. In the Custom Lens Text box, enter your custom text.

  3. If you're submitting a logo or graphic file, please email it to us at: scott@on-airlights.com

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping from our Southern California location typically takes around 5 business days to reach the East Coast. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition

  • Original packaging must be included

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns

  • Items that are modified or custom-made cannot be returned

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Most returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt, though it may take longer during peak seasons.
